Pay and Benefits Base pay: $22.00 per hour. Additional mileage and cell‑phone reimbursement. Bonus incentives for job placements: $100‑600 prorated. Pomona: Mon‑Thu 9:00‑3:00 Covina (optional): 10:00‑4:00 weekdays

Compensation:

$22.01 per hour

Job development and on‑the‑job support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out all directives from the Support Manager, Director of Services, CEO, and Board.

Provide mentorship to individuals served, focusing on health, safety, and quality of life.

Assist individuals and their circles of support in securing competitive integrated employment.

Support managers in developing individualized support plans (ISP).

Utilize digital tools such as Zoom and online platforms for job development.

Maintain strong business relationships with employers and volunteer sites.

Implement people‑centered values and respectful interactions with all stakeholders.

Develop integrated work schedules and find appropriate employment settings.

Conduct frequent job‑site analysis and implement adaptation strategies.

Provide healthcare support (medication, hygiene, toiletry, feeding) as needed.

Execute individual service plan goals and SMART objectives.

Monitor behavior support systems and conduct task analysis.

Complete required documents (eRSP daily care notes, clocking, personnel files).

Attend staff development training.

Communicate updates to supervisors, circles of support, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other coaches and facilitate job applications.

Shadow and train other coaches as needed.

All other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Two years of college or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience supporting people with disabilities in community settings.

Strong organization, communication, and writing skills.

Proficient with computers and online platforms.

Positive behavior support training experience preferred.

Commitment to full inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Commitment to integrated employment for all persons with disabilities.

Commitment to self‑advocacy and person‑centered planning.

Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Physical Demands

Average of 1 hr standing, 6 hrs sitting, 1 hr walking per 8‑hr shift.

Frequent bending, stooping, climbing stairs, reaching, balancing, pulling, pushing, and driving.

Occasional lifting of 1‑10 lbs and carrying of 1‑10 lbs.

Use of both hands for at least part of the day.

Typical visual and hearing capacity required.

Must drive to job sites.

Use of smartphones and mobile electronic devices in accordance with policy.

Work Environment

Office setting.

Community work settings and home supports.

Remote work as assigned.

Outdoor settings with varying weather.
