Position Overview We are looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to support our growth in the Fort Wayne market. In this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships with customers in your assigned territory, leveraging PTSolutions’ reputation and product portfolio to exceed customer requirements.

Position Responsibilities
Develop new business relationships with potential and existing customers, meeting prospecting and closing KPIs.
Understand customer business models and product needs, crafting solutions that exceed requirements.
Prospect new clients in the assigned territory and expand sales with existing clients.
Act as subject‑matter expert on all product lines.
Provide territory progress reports and growth opportunities.
Respond to RFQs and collaborate with other teams on larger projects.
Pursue VMI opportunities and announce signature brand products.
Schedule sales calls and presentations for core supplier target account programs.
Maintain margin objectives and encourage customer website usage.
Travel as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
CNC machining experience or industrial distribution/supply chain experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outside sales experience required.
Age 21+ and valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for company vehicle).
Demonstrated experience managing and growing a sales territory.
Ability to quickly build relationships with key decision makers.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self‑directed, highly organized and productive under pressure.
Ability to plan and organize tasks to achieve goals.
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office & Teams.
