***This job opportunity is not in the classified service and is not covered by the WV Division of Personnel merit system.*** Under limited, general supervision provides confidential, clerical, and administrative support. This position relieves supervisor of clerical and minor administrative duties to a specific individual overseeing a section, or a division, and exercising discretion and independent judgement. The position has limited authority to speak for the supervisor. Necessity for familiarity with word processors, and other special requirements vary depending upon supervisor's preference. Performs related work as required. Additional Responsibilities
Compose routine correspondence to taxpayers and attorneys for supervisor's signature as required. Assist with general administrative duties. To maintain the agency's caseload. Interpret policies and procedures. Communication with the public, judges, attorneys, and petitioners. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
