Overview This outside field sales and customer service role requires travel within a multi‑state territory.

Preference is given to candidates living in or near Detroit, MI, who are able to travel 70% of the time.

How You'll Make An Impact The Dealer Marketing (Territory Sales) Consultant (DMC) will provide marketing solutions to automotive dealer clients within an assigned territory and drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

Day‑to‑day activities include cold calling, creating, analyzing, and presenting reports on marketing program results to clients during regular dealer visits.

The DMC reports to the Regional Sales Director and works closely with internal contacts such as Marketing Services Representatives to address customer care issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling the Epsilon product line to dealerships and dealer groups in the assigned market area.

Provide exceptional problem resolution by implementing Epsilon solutions that satisfy dealership needs.

Actively participate in customer concern resolution and cancellation turnaround attempts while maintaining consistent support and service to existing clients.

Demonstrate complete “project management” over each account in your geographical area of responsibility.

Assist in the development of new marketing products and client tools.

Maintain a professional relationship with internal support staff and teams.

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $59,850 – $78,800 annually.

This is the pay range the company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting.

Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position.
