Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate professionally with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in cyber security recruiting/talent acquisition. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
