$25.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to join our Human Resources team in a temporary 8‑week role (with potential for extension). This in‑office position, based out of our Fredericksburg, PA headquarters, will support day‑to‑day operations such as file management and Leave of Absence/FMLA administration, following a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance of team member electronic files including verification and correction of new hire documents
Administration of Leave of Absence, FMLA, and ADA including team member education, paperwork, and approval process
Maintain HR surveys and data collection
Assist Recruiting team in onboarding activities including HPE’s, data entry and orientation
Assist Training and Development with training materials
Back‑up SME regarding Benefits (long‑term goal)
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least one year in an hourly HR role and/or a degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
