A day in the life

As one of our Account Managers on the Business Insurance team, you’ll collaborate with our sales team, clients, and insurance carrier underwriters to grow and retain clients. You will act as a client consultant, providing recommendations and advisory services to help clients achieve their long-term goals. Account Managers are accountable for delivering excellent client service and are energized by working with clients and educating them on the various lines of coverage available to them. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain working relationships with clients by managing pre-renewals, renewals, and overseeing their ongoing service needs Provide consultative services to client contacts to address gaps in coverage and round out existing coverage Leverage product knowledge to maintain a high service standard for a variety of clients and their product service lines Conduct in-person, Zoom, and phone meetings with clients and carriers and maintain client information using an EPIC CRM system Qualifications

3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry; brokerage experience preferred Experience working with clients in a variety of industries and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Excellent customer service and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deliverables and projects with competing deadlines Valued benefits
