At Bell & Evans, we’re growing and investing in our people, and we’re excited to add a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to our team. In this role, you’ll attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of roles while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. This in-office position is based out of the Employment and Wellness Center in Fredericksburg, PA, and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. It is highly collaborative and hands on, with the opportunity to work closely with fellow Talent Acquisition team members, HR Business Partners, and departmental hiring managers to align hiring efforts with business goals. This critical role will help build and grow our business by bringing in top talent who will help drive our continued success. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team Members, Human Resources and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Create, post, and maintain active positions across internal and external platforms Actively source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs, and employee referrals Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and align them with open roles Coordinate and schedule interviews in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring compliance with all internal processes and legal requirements Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and engaging experience Manage the internal and external applicant pools, including posting opportunities, coordinating interviews, and facilitating placement in partnership with hiring teams Oversee background checks and pre-employment screenings in compliance with company policies Support onboarding efforts by coordinating pre-hire logistics and helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles Stay informed on talent acquisition trends, labor market dynamics, and evolving hiring laws and regulations Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven success in high volume recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, production, or a similarly fast-paced environment Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and the use of modern recruiting tools and platforms is essential Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to timely follow-up Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions while meeting critical deadlines Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite is required Candidates should also have working knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and talent acquisition best practices Seniority level
