Contract Recruiter - with potential for contract to hire

Location:
Indianapolis, IN - Onsite role
Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Contract Recruiter role located in Indianapolis, IN, on the North West side. This is an onsite role that does have potential to convert to a contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle recruiting for exempt and hourly roles, primarily focused on corporate operational positions, in addition to some plant/manufacturing roles
Partner with hiring manager to conduct intake calls and understand both hard skills and soft skills needed
Work within an ATS (ICIMS)
Support the hiring process from job order intake, to identifying and screening talent through the offer stage
Use recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS) to source candidates as well as create online job postings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of full cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment required
Bachelor's Degree heavily preferred
Experience in an Applicant Tracking System, with preference for ICIMS
Experience using recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
