Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Real estate license required Great communication Compensation
