Overview Join our team as a Human Resources Analyst III - Recruiter for a limited‑term, up to 36‑month surge staffing project.
This role supports the MWD’s growing workforce needs through full lifecycle recruiting, candidate experience management, and hiring manager coaching.
The position follows a hybrid schedule (approximately two days on‑site in office and two days remote).
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define workforce requirements.
Create and manage job advertisements and postings to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain applicant sources through networking and relationships with candidate communities.
Ensure accurate applicant tracking information and maintain recruitment records.
Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating job duties, work environment, compensation, and opportunities for growth.
Participate in all staffing‑related activities and cross‑functional projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all recruitment processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or two years as an MWD Human Resources Analyst II.
Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Experience recruiting in a public‑sector environment and in a unionized setting is desirable.
Strong integrity and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
