What You’ll Do As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face (and inbox) behind the scenes, finding, connecting, and hiring top talent across UVS. From crafting eye‑catching job posts to hosting career fairs, you’ll play a huge role in building our team of compassionate, skilled professionals.

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for non‑doctor positions including veterinary technicians, client service representatives, and administrative support roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective sourcing strategies.

Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional experience from application to offer.

Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and assist in onboarding new team members.

Represent UVS at recruiting events, career fairs, and campus programs.

Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment metrics.

Collaborate with Marketing and HR to elevate UVS’s employer brand.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, veterinary, or service industries.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Detail‑oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for people, problem‑solving, and teamwork.

SHRM‑CP or PHR certification a plus but your energy and initiative are what really matter.

The Details Position Type: Full‑time, Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
