Job Description We are seeking a dedicated HR/Administrative Assistant to manage and enhance our interviewing and hiring processes for the hourly workforce. This role involves sourcing technical talent, conducting intake sessions, reviewing and assessing candidates, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting related metrics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
Sourcing technical talent and conducting intake sessions.
Reviewing and assessing candidate applications and scoring.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting hiring metrics.
Collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates during the hiring process.
Coordinating training needs for specific client groups.
Providing administrative support for the HR department.
Supporting employee offboarding transactions.
Scanning and filing employee documents.
Qualifications
Experience in human resources, recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.
Proficiency in HR administration activities and providing administrative support for onsite HR business partners.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative or customer‑facing role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
Strong problem‑solving capability and ability to navigate priorities effectively.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to perform work accurately and independently.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize workload efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communication, and data insights.
Experience in scheduling and navigating calendars.
Work Environment This position requires being in the office every day and working in a plant environment. Candidates must be comfortable with this setting.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Uhrichsville, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
