HR Manager – People & Culture Leadership
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to take ownership of our people strategy and guide the growth of our workplace culture. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking HR leader who thrives on building strong teams, shaping policies that support business goals, and ensuring employees feel engaged, supported, and motivated.
As the HR Manager, you will be a key advisor to leadership and a trusted partner to employees. From recruiting top talent to developing training initiatives, driving compliance, and strengthening employee engagement—you’ll be at the center of how our people experience the organization.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute HR programs that align with business strategy and enhance the employee experience.
Lead hiring initiatives, manage talent pipelines, and partner with leaders to make sound hiring decisions.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
Serve as a coach and resource for leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance matters.
Build and manage development programs to expand skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
Oversee compliance with employment laws and ensure policies reflect current regulations.
Administer compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives that attract and retain talent.
Champion employee engagement through surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
Leverage HRIS systems to maintain accurate records and drive data-based decision making.
Track, measure, and report HR metrics to evaluate the impact of programs.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster an inclusive culture.
Stay on top of evolving HR best practices, trends, and legislation.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or similar certification strongly preferred.
At least 5 years in HR leadership roles with proven impact on organizational success.
Broad HR knowledge—talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR technology.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to act on data-driven insights.
