Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives. Duties

Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone. Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups. Provide instruction on newly released functionality. Deliver presentations to line staff. Monitor compliance with data entry requirements. Review training materials. Provide technical assistance with data warehouse. Mandatory Requirements

Experience (5+ Years) Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. Requirements

This is an 100% Onsite 36 months of experience providing IT support to users. 36 months of experience providing implementation support services. 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services. 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application.
