We are seeking a BI Engineer to join the Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team. R2L serves high‑growth businesses such as Sub Same Day (SSD), Rural Super Rural+ (RSR+), and SSD Direct, providing quick, accurate delivery across rush service and super rural delivery. The team prioritizes flexibility and continuous improvement to meet changing customer demands.
Responsibilities
Own the design and development of key data projects that drive business decisions.
Build innovative data solutions with large‑scale systems, identifying high‑priority work and projects that maximize value for stakeholders.
Automate processes by developing deep‑dive tools and dashboards to communicate insights.
Collaborate effectively with business customers and cross‑functional data management teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.
Take detailed requirements from stakeholders to deeply understand current manual processes and pain points.
Identify opportunities to solve problems using technology‑driven solutions.
Design and implement optimal automation solutions to address stakeholder needs.
Respond to ad‑hoc requests and provide support as needed.
Document all processes, solutions, and learnings to ensure knowledge capture and sharing.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
Statistical analysis experience with R, SAS, or Matlab.
SQL skills and scripting experience (Python) for data processing and modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS services (EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift).
Experience in data mining, ETL, and working with large‑scale complex datasets.
