What You Will Be Doing
As a F-35 Degrader Action Cell Lead - Level 4, you will be responsible for collaborating across engineering, logistics, and program teams to implement strategic actions that enhance fleet availability and reduce life cycle costs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost‑reduction initiatives for the F-35 fleet.
Investigating and analyzing performance degraders, supply chain posture, and maintenance practices to recommend actionable solutions.
Supporting the development and optimization of maintenance plans, including updates to existing procedures and documentation.
Driving project lifecycles end-to-end — from identification and triage, through solution development, implementation, and closure.
Preparing and delivering high-level briefings to executive leadership, the Joint Program Office (JPO), and other key stakeholders.
Clearly communicating technical analysis, project impacts, associated risks, and expected efficiencies.
