Founding Technical Recruiter (remote) – Probook
Join Probook as a Founding Technical Recruiter working entirely remote to help scale our engineering, product, and design teams. You’ll partner directly with the founders and leadership to lead end‑to‑end recruiting, build a world‑class talent pipeline for the most demanding roles, and contribute to our fast‑moving, zero‑to‑one growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a world‑class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies.
Drive creative sourcing strategies: outbound research, leveraging networks, events, and communities.
Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to attract the right people.
Provide a high‑touch candidate experience from the very first outreach.
Requirements
4+ years of technical recruiter experience with direct startup experience sourcing and recruiting.
Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.
Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast‑paced environment.
