Minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience with direct startup experience Strong communication and research skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages Highly organized and resourceful, thriving in a fast‑paced environment Proven ability to identify and attract top talent within the tech industry How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in building recruiting processes and strategies from scratch Familiarity with the NYC tech scene and its top talent pools Passion for recruiting as a craft and understanding of startup dynamics We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
