The candidate will work with mouse models of stroke and TBI, specifically the murine middle cerebral artery occlusion model. Other responsibilities include high‑resolution and confocal microscopy, cellular and molecular immune profiling, therapeutic drug evaluation, and detailed assessments of motor and cognitive functions. The laboratory also develops novel transgenic animals and is involved in commercialization of therapeutic approaches.
