Typical Day
Receiving, entering, and verifying a high volume of vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring timely processing.
Reviewing all invoices and payment requests for accuracy, proper coding, and appropriate approvals in compliance with company policies.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies through effective communication with vendors and internal departments.
Qualifications
Have an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree, with a minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
Are experienced with SAP or a similar accounting system, and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Possess excellent verbal and written presentation skills, along with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
