Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our advisors to ensure each client experience runs seamlessly from onboarding through ongoing service — supporting account operations, compliance, and client requests with excellence and care.
Key Responsibilities
Process new account openings, ACAT transfers, contributions, and distributions.
Manage daily client service requests, paperwork, and custodial follow‑ups.
Prepare meeting packets, statements, and client review materials.
Maintain accurate data in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and custodial platforms.
Assist advisors in tracking pending items and ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with custodians and vendors to resolve client issues.
Support client communication initiatives (emails, scheduling, updates).
Uphold compliance and documentation standards at all times.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client services or operations within a wealth management, RIA, or financial planning firm.
Active Series 65 and Life Insurance License required.
Strong knowledge of investment accounts, custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.), and industry paperwork.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Polished written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$60,000 – $95,000 per year base
