About Firsthand Firsthand builds an AI‑powered Brand Agent platform that enables marketers and publishers to engage consumers in real time across owned and paid media. The platform’s data management system, Lakebed™, ensures brands retain full ownership of their expertise.
About the Role We are seeking Solutions Consultants to partner with enterprise clients—advertisers and publishers—to design, implement, and optimize intelligent AI agent experiences. This cross‑functional role blends business acumen, technical fluency, client service, and creativity.
What You’ll Do
Client Integration & Enablement:
Guide new clients through onboarding, including solution design and tech implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align solutions to business needs.
Manage end‑to‑end agent builds—from content ingestion to front‑end deployment.
AI Experimentation & Strategic Consulting:
Design and run AI experiments that demonstrate agent effectiveness and drive client value.
Analyze engagement data and user interactions to generate actionable insights.
Recommend optimizations for agent design, content inputs, and user flows.
Produce data analyses and case studies for campaigns.
Internal Collaboration & Product Feedback:
Work with Engineering and Product to troubleshoot issues and test improvements.
Serve as a voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials.
PreSales & Sales Support:
Partner with commercial teams to craft compelling demos and technical narratives.
Represent Firsthand in technical conversations during the sales cycle.
Who You Are
5+ years in ad tech, martech, or a SaaS startup.
Passionate about AI applications in marketing, media, and user experience.
Able to toggle between technical details and strategic narratives.
Enjoy working with both internal teams and external clients, building trust quickly.
Comfortable making slide decks, manipulating spreadsheets, working with data dashboards, and deriving insights from complex datasets.
Bonus: SQL experience and troubleshooting network traffic.
