Responsibilities
Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
Follow up on agency provided leads via proprietary phone system
Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using comparative rater tools and CRM systems
Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
Foster long‑term client relationships through proactive communication
Document all client interactions in CRM
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance General Lines license (required)
Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance sales experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication, keyboard and consultative sales skills
Tech‑savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email)
Self‑starter with the discipline to work remotely and meet sales goals
Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
Life and Health Licenses with experience in Life Insurance sales a PLUS
Complete the assessment as soon as possible
Set an appointment for a conversation with the Agency Development Manager as soon as the assessment is completed
