Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (invoicing, cash applications, collections) Billing and processing invoices Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and on time Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts Research and resolve billing/payment discrepancies Record and apply customer payments correctly Support month‑end close with AR reporting and reconciliations Assist with credit checks and new account setups Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Maintain accurate AR records for compliance and audits All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
