Onboard new customers by managing account creation, coordinating software installs, and providing ongoing support as the primary point of contact Monitor customer health scores and product utilization to proactively engage customers and ensure satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners through regular business reviews and assessments Handle escalated customer issues professionally and develop resolution plans for at-risk accounts Share best practices with the Customer Success team to improve overall customer engagement What is Required (Qualifications)
Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience Basic understanding of industry practices and tools Good verbal and written communication skills Basic decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving abilities Developing professional credibility and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
