1-2+ years of B2B customer success or customer-facing experience with various account sizes Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at different lifecycle stages simultaneously Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally, especially with Sales teams Superb written and verbal communication skills BA or BS degree How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
