Position Overview As a key member of our culinary team, you will prepare and execute menu items under the direction of chefs in a high‑intensity kitchen.

Responsibilities

Work and serve as a key member of a diverse culinary team, preparing and executing the menu with quality, precision, and consistency.

Develop proficiency at assigned stations, including station prep, cleaning, and stocking.

Operate efficiently in a demanding kitchen while maintaining dish quality.

Support other kitchen areas as needed, including washing dishes, aiding garde‑manger, or assisting pastry/pasta stations.

Accommodate guest requests and deliver excellent service.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, following DOH guidelines.

Arrive punctual, in correct uniform and shoes, and adhere to hygiene standards.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant restaurant experience.

Culinary degree or college education with strong food prep skills (plus).

Passion for cooking and hospitality.

Highly organized and efficient in a high‑intensity environment.

Team‑player with friendly, energetic demeanor.

Willingness to take direction from chefs and adapt to new procedures.

Flexible seasonal schedule (AM/PM, prep/production).

Physical ability to carry up to 50 lbs and work extended periods.

Benefits and Compensation Competitive hourly rate of $18.00–$22.00, based on experience. The position is contract and seasonal.
