About The Role We are seeking a poised, detail‑oriented Service Manager who will act as a manager on the floor to oversee the team during dinner service. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, proven leadership experience, thrives in high‑volume, high‑touch environments, and knows how to lead with both professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the front‑of‑house service team with energy and clarity

Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, and floor operations

Oversee daily dining room service, including opening and closing procedures

Manage guest relations, especially with VIP clientele, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences

Collaborate closely with senior leadership, bar, kitchen, and reservations teams

Uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times

Train and mentor new and existing staff in service standards and company culture

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in upscale or fine dining (preferred)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills

Deep understanding of steps of service, wine, and food knowledge

Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours

Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) (preferred)

A natural leader with a hands‑on, team‑first approach

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (preferred; seasonal position)
