Seeking a skilled Architect to lead the design and oversight of building projects from concept through completion. The role involves creating innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with client goals and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop site analyses, design concepts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into design and construction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
Licensed Architect in Wyoming or ability to obtain licensure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
LEED Accreditation, NCARB Certification, or PMP credentials.
