Gillette, Wyoming. Relocation required. Competitive salary $90,000 – $120,000 and relocation benefits.
Responsibilities
Proficiency in creating innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Expertise in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools to create detailed drawings and visualizations.
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Ability to ensure all designs comply with legal and environmental standards.
Proficiency in developing and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring profitability. Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
Strong creativity and innovation in developing architectural concepts that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain.
Leed Accreditation is a plus.
NCARB Certificate is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
Wyoming Architect License.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range $90,000 – $120,000, based on experience.
