Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback. Implement KinderCare’s curriculum consistently with each child’s unique needs. Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Partner and connect with parents, sharing a desire to provide the best care and education for their children. Support the center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Required Skills and Experience
Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills. Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements. Approved state trainer (preferred). 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred). Willingly obtain state specific qualifications for the role. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors. Strong communication skills in English. Compensation
Range of pay $19.38 – $24.84 per hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium applies. Benefits
