You’ll manage and grow a portfolio that includes wedding professionals, lifestyle brands, and home‑related companies—all targeting engaged couples and new homeowners in the Northeast Ohio market. This is a high‑visibility, relationship‑driven role where your ideas, initiative, and results make a measurable difference.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients
Provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Sell integrated campaigns across print, digital, email, and live event platforms
Prospect and close new business through calls, emails, and in‑person networking
Build partnerships with national brands expanding into the Northeast Ohio market
Manage renewals, upsells, and campaign results with attention to ROI and detail
Track sales activity and maintain a consistent pipeline using CRM tools
You’ll Succeed Here If You
Have 5+ years of B2B, media, or advertising sales experience
Are goal‑oriented, competitive, and confident presenting marketing solutions
Communicate effectively and build trust quickly with business owners and marketing teams
Work independently but thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving team environment
Stay organized, follow through, and consistently meet deadlines and goals
Use social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to prospect, research, and build professional relationships that turn into real opportunities
Requirements
In‑office presence is required for year 1 because you’ll be embedded in high‑impact campaigns, collaborating side‑by‑side with our team, learning our proven system, and building high‑visibility relationships – then you earn the flexibility of a hybrid schedule for year 2.
Reliable transportation for occasional local travel and event support.
