You’ll build trusted partnerships with wedding professionals—venues, florists, DJs, retailers, and more—by selling smart, effective marketing campaigns across our print, digital, and live event platforms. We’ve been connecting engaged couples with Northeast Ohio’s top wedding pros for 36 years. Join a collaborative, energetic team where your ideas, relationships, and results truly matter. What You’ll Do
Build lasting relationships with local wedding-related businesses Sell cross-platform marketing packages: magazine ads, website profiles, email, and wedding shows Prospect consistently through phone outreach, email, networking, and social platforms Manage renewals and campaigns with attention to detail and a client-first mindset Be a trusted guide—your recommendations help small wedding businesses stand out, book more clients, and grow You Might Be a Fit If You
Have at least 5 years of sales experience (advertising, events, or B2B preferred) Are a strong communicator who listens well and thinks on their feet Know how to build trust quickly with small business owners Stay organized, motivated, and on top of follow-ups without being micromanaged Use email, phone, and social platforms to prospect, stay connected, and keep momentum going Want to be part of a team that celebrates wins and supports each other Must-Haves
In-office presence required for Year 1 (training, collaboration, and culture-building) Hybrid schedule may be considered in Year 2 based on performance and business needs Reliable transportation for occasional local travel and event support What You’ll Get
