Job Description We are looking for hungry and versatile folks to join as our founding account executives at Glimpse. Glimpse has grown extremely fast (0→100 customers in 8 months) and we are drowning in pipeline. As our founding account executive, you will not only be responsible for closing deals but also critical in defining how we sell as we transition from founder‑led sales to a scalable sales motion as we continue to grow at an exponential rate in 2025. In this role, you will get exposure to our high‑velocity sales cycle along with larger ACV contracts. As an early hire, we expect you to develop a strong understanding of our platform and provide customer feedback to continue improving our offering.
Ideal Qualifications
3+ years as an account executive
Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
(Preferred) experience selling software to CPG brands or selling AI applications in vertical markets
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup
Ability to be in our NYC office 5 days a week
Ability to travel to conferences (~20%)
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and modern AI sales tools
Job Responsibilities
Own the sales process from prospecting to close
Drive revenue – ramp up to close 10+ deals a month (mid‑market)
Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve our sales playbook
Establish repeatable sales processes that will scale as the company grows
Lay the foundation for the future sales team by helping define KPIs, hiring criteria, and culture

About Us Glimpse offers AI‑services for consumer brands starting with an AI deductions analyst. Deductions are fees that brands receive from their retailers & distributors as a cost of doing business – these fees can be up to 30% of topline sales, with 10% being invalid – meaning brands are losing 2–3% of their topline sales to invalid fees. Glimpse handles the end‑to‑end, laborious process of identifying invalid deductions and recouping that lost money while powering key workflows across accounting and trade management. Our vision is to build the next‑generation suite of services for consumer brands using AI.
