Cardiometabolic Account Specialist – Syneos Health Commercial Solutions
Join Syneos Health Commercial Solutions as a Cardiometabolic Account Specialist to engage cardiologists and other key customers. This role is partnered with Regeneron and offers a fast‑paced, results‑oriented team environment.
Responsibilities
Develop strategy and execute tactics within a designated multi‑state geography in the Cardiometabolic Rare Disease therapeutic areas to increase disease awareness, product recognition, and appropriate product utilisation.
Maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, target HCPs, etc.).
Execute tactics within key accounts to position brand for appropriate patients and increase utilisation.
Lead local market analysis, gather insights with functional partners to find opportunities, align responsibilities and prioritise activities supporting Rare Disease/Circulatory business & patient needs.
Identify business opportunities and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and reimbursement partners for pull‑through and coordination of buy‑and‑bill channels.
Develop and execute integrated account plans based on customer and market insights through collaborative efforts across Matrix/functional partners.
Present assigned brands and services in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner to help customers understand benefits.
Follow all laws, regulations and policies governing conduct of activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of account sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology with at least 3 years in Cardiovascular or biologics.
Must live within the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s licence with ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
Desired: MBA.
Sales experience in rare disease market with specialty pharmacy and buy‑and‑bill products.
2+ years experience working with key thought leaders or highly‑influential customers in large group practices, hospitals or managed care organisations with a concentration in cardiology.
Closed health system account management experience.
