The position is based in Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, 3 days per week on site). As an SMB Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle within your designated territory, supporting the Senior Account Executive (AE) and driving market share growth in the SMB segment.

CarCutter extends this innovation into automotive sales, offering AI‑driven image technology to dealerships and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and establish relationships with potential SMB clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.

Client needs analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively.

Presentation and demonstration: Present & demonstrate our products and services, highlighting the value proposition tailored to each client.

Negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms and conditions to close mutually beneficial deals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the assigned AE to develop and execute sales strategies and maintain client satisfaction.

Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Market feedback: Provide feedback to sales & product teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Your Profile

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the SMB segment (automotive experience is a plus).

Skills:

Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
