Overview A private equitybacked, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join its growing finance team. This role will provide critical FP&A and operational support as the company scales, serving as a key link between finance leadership and field operations. The position offers direct exposure to the CFO and VP of Finance, a clear path to advancement, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a high-growth, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities Support the companys FP&A function through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting across multiple regions and operating entities. Conduct detailed KPI analysis, including cleanup and enhancement of operational metrics as new practices are onboarded into consolidated systems. Partner with regional and divisional operations leaders to review financial performance, identify drivers, and develop insights for improvement. Prepare and refine monthly financial and operational reporting packages for executive leadership and investors. Participate in the annual budgeting process, building and reviewing budgets at the facility/practice level. Assist with variance analysis, ad hoc reporting, and strategic projects to improve financial visibility and decision-making. Help standardize financial processes and reporting tools as the organization integrates new systems and scales its platform.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 35 years of progressive experience
in FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting. At least
1 year of experience at the Senior Analyst level
preferred. Strong proficiency in
Excel ; experience with
Power BI
and
Sage Intacct
is highly desirable. Background in
multi-site healthcare
or other PE-backed, growth-oriented environments strongly preferred. CPA or MBA is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced setting.
