Job Title: Adventures Support Representative Job Type: W2 Contract - 6 months + possible to extend Location: Plymouth, MN (hybrid) Schedule: Thursday - Sunday (onsite Thursday), 10 hour shifts 8 am to 7 pm Pay Rate: $ 24 / hour Position Overview: The Adventure Support Representative (ASR) - Tier 1 is a key member of the Service and Operations Support Team, responsible for supporting Outfitters and Dealers in their daily operations. This role provides first-line support to Outfitters and Members via phone and email, ensuring a premium customer experience and escalating issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: Outfitter Support:

Serve as the primary contact for Outfitters (B2B), addressing inquiries via CRM and phone. Provide guidance and ad-hoc training on adventure tools, processes, and program policies. Communicate relevant Outfitter/Member insights to leadership and internal teams. Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to build strong, long-term relationships. Escalate unique or complex situations appropriately. Member Support:

Deliver a premium experience for Members, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently. Facilitate reservations and maintain accurate booking data. Coordinate with the Sales team as needed to handle member leads. Internal Team Support:

Assist internal teams with data entry and ad-hoc projects. Provide Tier 1 support for the Xchange team via the case platform team. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills for both B2B and B2C interactions. High attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and identify improvements. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively. Flexibility to work nights or weekends as scheduled. Working Conditions:
