Job Summary:

The Mail Clerk is responsible for sorting, processing, and delivering mail within the building, running mailroom equipment, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. This role requires a self-starter with basic computer skills and the ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Sort and deliver mail to mail stops throughout the building. Research and resolve issues with mystery mail. Operate folder inserters, postage equipment, and scanners for digital mail. Create and manage UPS/FedEx shipments. Assist with additional tasks in other areas as needed. Lift and transport packages; team lift for items over 40 pounds or awkwardly shaped. Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute positively to the work environment. Required Skills:

Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer literacy. Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt to changing priorities. Professional conduct in a corporate environment. Physical ability to walk the building and lift packages.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
