Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month contract assignment in White Plains, NY.
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides support to meet the business and administrative needs of the White Plains office. Under moderate supervision, support Wealth Advisors, office Executives, and overall office operations by managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating organizational activities, and ensuring smooth execution of operational and office-wide responsibilities.
Base pay range
$37.50/hr - $39.50/hr
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serves as primary administrative contact for Wealth Advisors and Executives, working across all lines of business and with external agencies to answer questions and resolve administration-related issues.
- Provides support for daily administrative operations including meeting arrangements, travel and expenses.
- Manage front-desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing paperwork, processing mail, and entering documents into the system.
- Coordinates overall office functioning through inventory checks, space scheduling, event planning, event execution and paperwork processing.
- Acts as a liaison between Executives and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion.
- Maintains Executive calendars, contact lists and provides ad-hoc support as needed.
Educational Requirements
- High School Preferred
Work Experience / Qualifications
- Must hold a current New York State Notary Public commission.
