Job Title: Receptionist (Temporary, 4–5 Months)
Location: Rancho Murieta, CA
Pay: $20/hr
Employment Type: Temporary

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our Rancho Murrieta office on a temporary basis for 4–5 months. This role is the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors, and is critical to maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying.
  • Support office staff with various projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years + of reception or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
