Responsibilities
- Recruit for a variety of exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization
- Collaborate creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to streamline the recruitment process
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in recruiting processes and manage associated paperwork
- Represent the employer at professional and college recruitment events to build relationships and fill open positions
- Utilize online sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment and high-volume recruiting
- Familiarity with EEO and compliance regulations
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment and high-volume recruiting
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
