What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager
- Build active and passive applicant pipelines through research, community engagement, and social media branding
- Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment processes
- Conduct interviews and assess qualifications of candidates to match them with job requirements
- Create weekly activity reports using key recruitment metrics to track progress and meet departmental goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- College coursework up to a Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
- Familiarity with the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in recruitment processes
- Experience in managing candidate experiences and developing strategic communication
