Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Executive Assistant for our client. This position provides comprehensive support to the CEO and senior leadership team of a large organization, facilitating efficient workflow, managing complex schedules, and coordinating key departmental activities. You will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and execution of tasks across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, events, and offsite engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information and communications.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Ensure smooth workflow for executive communications, approvals, and administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years supporting executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP preferred.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, and planning events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience working in an international business environment is a plus.
