The Accounting Specialist will support reconciliations and closing of the books, oversee the assigned GL accounts, and directly support the A/P and A/R functions. This role offers growth and increasing responsibilities for a career‑focused professional.

Salary Range

$82,500 – $110,000

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including GL reconciliation, A/P and A/R
• Strong understanding of financial reporting
• Experience with a core accounting system preferred (Jack Henry or Sage Intacct)

Responsibilities

• Reconcile GL accounts and complete month‑end reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closes
• Contribute to quarterly reporting preparation
• Support the dedicated AP specialist and offer support as needed
• Provide documentation for audits/exams
