Litigation Assistant (2 Openings)

Location: San Diego, CA
Salary Range: $30–$48 per hour
Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
About the Role
We are seeking two dedicated and proactive Litigation Assistants to join our Labor & Employment Group in the San Diego office. These roles are ideal for professionals with strong California litigation experience who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering high‑quality legal support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all aspects of case management.
- Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize legal documents.
- Handle e‑filing in California state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and legal documents.
- Manage intake and conflict checks, time entry, and billing processes.
- Coordinate attorney calendars, travel, meetings, and appointments.
- Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience; California‑specific experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California and Federal court rules and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Professional.
- Experience with electronic document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Experience with iManage and Compulaw is a plus.
