Order Fulfillment Specialist Join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing and shipping of customer orders at our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Key Responsibilities: Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions efficiently and accurately. Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning to track all incoming and outgoing items, ensuring optimal inventory management. Verify orders and accurately input data into the inventory management system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the Fulfillment Center. Uphold high-quality standards as set by management. Able to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Capable of performing physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment. At least 6 months of experience using motorized material handling equipment. At least 6 months of experience with RF scanning technology. At least 6 months of experience with data entry and retrieval in an inventory management system.
