A Medical Assistant position is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clinical tasks assigned to support effective office operations. Implement patient experience techniques in all patient interactions, in-person, telephone and telehealth visits.
This is per diem role. The starting pay rate is $23.00/hr. - depending on your level of experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advises patients regarding preparation of necessary forms, counsel patients regarding paperwork requirements. Obtains pre-certification and /or prior authorization from insurance companies for patient management as assigned. Handles physician and professional staff EMR and other correspondence to physicians, patients, and other providers. Monitors patient flow and communicates with any issues or problems that arise with the clinical staff; seeks assistance from clinical staff when communication back to the waiting room is needed. Performs any online functions, in the clinical or financial systems, as the technology and processes evolve. Required Qualifications/ Skill Needs to have minimum of 6months of work experience Certified Medical Assistant
Pay Details:
$23.00 per hour
