Day and Night Shifts . Whether you're a

milling expert

lathe-focused

machinist, you'll work with cutting-edge materials like

Titanium and Inconel

tight-tolerance parts for aerospace and defense

applications.

⏰ Available Shifts

Day Shift – Lathe Focus

Focus: CNC lathes (mill-turn experience is a plus)

Setup and operate high-precision turning machines

Pay:

$38.00 – $42.00/hour

Night Shift – Milling Focus (5-Axis)

Focus: CNC mills (mostly 3+2; 5-axis), some lathe experience helpful

Materials: Titanium, Inconel

Pay:

$38.00 – $42.00/hour + 10% shift differential

Key Responsibilities

✅ Set up and operate CNC machines (mills or lathes) ✅ Work from blueprints and inspect tight-tolerance parts ✅ Troubleshoot minor issues, adjust offsets, and replace tooling ✅ Collaborate with engineering on process improvements ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/GDP) ✅ Train and mentor junior machinists as needed ✅ Work in a clean, safety-first environment using advanced technology

️ Requirements

5+ years of CNC machining experience

(setup & operation)

Experience with

5-axis milling or CNC turning

Ability to read blueprints and use metrology tools

Familiarity with G-code and CAM systems

US Citizenship or Green Card required (ITAR compliance)

Preferred:

Mill-turn experience

Wire EDM exposure

Prior aerospace or defense machining background
